Update from "Framing Paterno"

Dear "Framing Paterno" Mailing List Members:

Congratulations on Penn State's shocking win to end their season. It is too bad the rest of the university has not handled the scandal nearly as well as the football team.

I wanted to share with you a new video and column I just produced. They don't deal directly with the Penn State case (though I do mention it pretty extensively) but it is important to me that you take a look at them and share if possible.

They deal with the so-called "rape case" in Steubenville Ohio, which I am convinced is essentially the media's sequel to the Sandusky scandal and a prime example of how football can become a target without actual facts.

There are three basic reasons I would like you to take a look at these.

First, I think you can better understand what happened in the Penn State case by looking at what the media did here.

Second, your trust in me to be able to properly evaluate these situations should be greatly enhanced.

Third, I would really like the column in today's Steubenville paper to get enough views so that it is on the home page of the website as "most popular."

Here is the column:

Thanks so much for your support.
